Co-Founder and CEO

Kfir Kaper, with over 15 years in the medical devices industry, has a rich history of managing strategic accounts partnerships and leading key projects in the medical ecosystem. His tenure at global corporations like Medtronic and Boston Scientific involved overseeing strategic hospital accounts, where he initiated and led several transformative projects. His deep specialization in Cardiac Vascular and extensive experience across multinational corporate environments have equipped him with a nuanced understanding of the Israeli healthcare market. At K2Ai, Kfir leverages his extensive network and strategic insights to drive the integration of AI technologies in everyday medical practices, significantly enhancing patient care.

His strategic vision not only focuses on technological integration but also on developing comprehensive strategies for workforce enhancement and corporate growth. Kfir developed expertise in recruiting and developing talents, both managers and employees, within the healthcare sector, building effective teams that propel K2Ai as a leader in healthcare AI. His outstanding contributions and strategic insights have earned him the distinction of being a three-time President's Club awardee at Medtronic, recognizing his significant impact on the industry.

Kobi Gelbgisser

Co-Founder and VP of Business Development

Kobi Gelbgisser brings over two decades of specialized experience in medical technology and healthcare management to his role as VP of Business Development at K2Ai. His most recent role involved managing Medtechnica LTD’s Ultrasound and Breast Health business units, overseeing operations and strategic marketing initiatives that significantly advanced the business. During his tenure, Kobi was instrumental in driving the units' collaboration with major industry players like Philips and Hologic, shaping his strategic vision and deepening his expertise in digital health. His work particularly emphasized the importance of early disease detection, aligning with K2Ai's mission to integrate advanced technologies within clinical workflows.

Kobi's robust educational foundation in Biotechnology from Bar Ilan University and his adeptness at managing substantial budgets and sales of medical imaging technologies have been pivotal in his success. At K2Ai, his expertise not only enhances operational excellence and data security but also advocates for the essential valuation of software in healthcare, steering the industry towards recognizing digital tools as core products. His contributions and strategic insights have earned him a place in Philips' Hall of Fame, recognizing his significant impact on the industry.
