We are looking for Head of IT
for a dynamic, international, growing software company, financially backed by solid private equity firms company.
Job Description:
Responsible for leading the company’s IT/IS unit: IT, Global applications, and Data & Digital teams. Strategic planning aims to support the business goals and the fast growth of the company by overseeing key areas including Applications, ERP, business intelligence (BI), call center operations, Office 365, and multiple integrations.
Mentoring and nurturing managers and their teams of experts across different locations, working collaboratively to drive efficiency, enhance technology capabilities, manage budgets, and ensure the timely delivery of projects on budget and quality.
Member of the lines of business (LOBs) management teams. Work and collaborate with the executive management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the global IS function, aligning it with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the management and enhancement of the ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
- Drive the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies, leveraging Power BI or similar tools to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Implement, integrate, manage, and optimize the Genesys Call center operations, focusing on improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth integration of acquired companies and lead the Post Merger Integration processes, harmonizing IT/IS systems and processes.
- Own the Office 365 environment, including collaboration tools, communication platforms, and security measures.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellent service within the IT/IS teams, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system integrations and automate processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant academic background
- English and Hebrew at a native level
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and Information Systems leadership roles, preferably in a global software company or technology-driven organization.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems – A must
- Proven track record in driving business intelligence initiatives, leveraging Power BI or similar tools.
- In-depth knowledge of call center operations and experience with Genesys or other leading call center platforms.
- Experience with M&A processes and Post Merger Integration.
- Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments and familiarity with collaboration tools, communication platforms, and security measures.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time, on budget, and quality.

K2AI is seeking an Orthopedic Sales Manager who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our SaaS platform solutions Nationwide. You will be expected to penetrate, and prospect named accounts for new business as well as establish new prospects.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client
accounts.
- Managing a healthy pipeline and meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets.
- Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations.
- Tracking and measuring customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for
the end users and channels.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-
based products to a diverse customer base.
- Radiology / Orthopedic Background is a must.
- Proven sales and Business Development track record in large and mid-size companies
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English are a must.
